The rules and by-laws of the Southern Alliance of Klans are as follows:

1.  The Southern Alliance of Klans shall never become a national organization or be governed by any one leader.

2.  The Southern Alliance of Klans shall have no authority over internal affairs of klan groups associated with the alliance.

3.  Leadership of the Southern Alliance shall consist of Imperial Wizards of all klan groups associated with the alliance.

4.  Klan groups that enter the Southern Alliance will remain independent, retaining leadership structure and by-laws.

5.  Imperial Wizards within the Southern Alliance must approve or disapprove the acceptance of any klan group requesting entry into the Southern Alliance.  100% approval from Southern Alliance leaders is required before full acceptance can be met.

6.  Any klan group in the alliance not in keeping with the best interests of the Southern Alliance, can be banished.

7.  Klan groups in the Southern Alliance will not recruit within Realms or Provinces of other groups in the Alliance, unless an agreement is made between the group leaders involved.

8.  Klansman in groups associated with the Southern Alliance cannot resign in order join another group within the Alliance, unless the klansman has relocated to a Realm or Province held by another group associated in the Alliance.

9.  Southern Alliance groups will not communicate, associate or affiliate themselves with Skinheads, neo Nazis or White Nationalist groups.

10.  The use of illegal drugs and alcohol is forbidden at all events hosted by Southern Alliance groups.

Membership fees are $5.00 yearly per group to cover the costs of website hosting and maintenance.
